OXTONGUE LAKE
Oxtongue Lake is a beautiful lake at the southern tip of Algonquin Park and just north of Huntsville. Oxtongue lake is a popular canoe and paddling route where paddlers come from deep within the park down the Oxtongue River into Lake of Bays. There is good access to the east side of the lake via Harris Bay Road. But there are also a couple service roads off Route 60 to the west side of the lake. There are also snowmobile trails to the east of the lake into the back country. Fish: smallmouth bass, lake trout.
